Design Effect disappearing when altering position

    Description

      Design Effects, specifically background blur disappear from item in DS when altering x/y coordinates between states. This can be easily replicated and is shown in this video:

      Currently the only way to make these background blur effects actually work is to offset them by 1 pixel.
