Option to flatten designEffects in Design Studio

Effects that do not need to be animated or moved do not need to be dynamic effect components. There should be an option in Design Studio to flatten designEffects. This will help to prevent performance issues on hardware.

Current workflow is to flatten the effects in Figma prior to importing through the bridge. But then this doesn't allow the user to edit the effects in Design Studio at all. This also does not cover effects that were originally created in Design Studio.
