Some drop-down menus don't show the menu items

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a 3D project
• Select view3D
• In Propertiew view -> View3D, open menus for Camera, Environment and Import Scene
• -> Menu item names are not visible. Items can be selected though
• Some menu items are shown correctly, e.g. in Render Format
• Also reproduces in other sections in Properties view e.g in Effects[Beta], Layer
• Also reproduces at least in Material Editor and Texture Editor
