Create Design System generator for MCUs projects

Based on research resulted from QDS-13474.

Currently we are capable of generating Design System and its bindings for MPUs/regular QtQuick. However the existing solution won't compile with Qt for MCUs.

Simplified Collection approach seems to be preffered right now.
Each Collection component generates a Theme component, which is used between all themes of a collection. Properties for themes are defined within the Theme component, no groups.

Additionally, check if generation of organized and sorted properties is possible. For example - all Number properties are together in a file and sorted alphabetically, instead of complete chaos of types and names.
