      Remove qmlpuppet from QDS build in packages

      Having the qmlpuppet also in the bin folder of QDS can lead to confusion/bugs and can hide issues.

      Qt Creator needs to get a CMake option QTC_NO_DEFAULT_QMLPUPPET
