Content Library Materials view cannot be first scrolled down enough

Steps to reproduce:

• Open DS with -tcs option
• Maximize DS windows
• Create a 3D project
• Select 3D Advanced workspace
• Scroll down Content Library Materials view
• -> Last materials are only partially visible, cannot scroll down enough to see those properly. See attached picture.
• Issue gone after rezising the view a bit
