Mac installation should add pop-up to "drag app to applications folder"

    Description

      For mac users - the installation of Qt software has always missed the pop-up "drag this app into your applications folder".  Is there a reason why we don't do that?  This means that the application doesn't end up in the "start menu" like it does in Windows.  Users have ot navigate to their QT installation directory to run the application.
