Improve Node info panel

Node Info panel is a panel at the bottom of the "Home" screen, above additional export properties.

Currently it's visible only when Qt for MCUs mode is enabled. It's has "MCUs compatibility" title, which is a WIP title. Messages are displayed with "HelpText" component, which was also a WIP component and should be replaced with something fitting.
It could also display rasterization reasons for regular items.
It could display "flipped" warning.
It could display messages with a bit of visual highlight on problematic properties.
It could give a hint (tooltip?) on how to fix or address the issue.
