Timeline -view doesn't show created timeline

      Tested with QDS 4.6 Built on Sep 25 2024 14:51:38

      This bug has only happened on our win11 physical test machines (two of them). This doesn't happen on OSS environment at all, only in ENT environment.

      1. Create new Empty project
      2. Create new timeline
      3. Save project
      4. Close QDS
      5. Open QDS
      6. Open the project
      7. Timeline -view should show the created timeline, but it shows empty timeline. The created timeline only appears, if user moves the Timeline -view.
