      Add BorderShape to QtQuick.Shapes

      This should be based on BorderItem: https://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qtquickstudiocomponents-dev/qml-qtquick-studio-components-borderitem.html

      Since single edges can be turned on and off this justifies its own item and is not based on PathRectangle.
