New Qt DesignViewer integration

The Why:

There is a new Design Viewer (WASM stack) which is implemented as proper SaaS service and is rich with features. This integration from Qt DS needs to be smooth and enjoyable. Key changes to the previous

• the service (DV) needs a separate login
• File mgmt and project control are done in the DV, not in DS
• once configured, viewing the project in Qt DV is simple and supports iterative workflow

Implement the changes needed for DS to be able to utilize CRUD API from Design Viewer 2.0 solution.

• Backend: CRUD API usage
• Frontend: Possibility to deploy project to cloud and execute over WASM backend
