Split-button based run menu

Current solution to deploy to android requires needlessly compicated setup via settings and ending up with a persistent modal dialog on the screen.

The change is to merge the deploy & run and control of available devices into the same split menu (like Xcode). The split menu has two controls - Play/Stop on the main icon and smaller arrow which opens the configurator.

Devices are registered using a QR code which is scanned and then android player connects to to the DS. User of DS can choose one device at a time from the list.

As user presses the play (>) icon , DS will deploy the project to android and restart the player. Once the project starts to run, the icon is changed from "play" to "stop".

Benefits:
* There is no modal dialog on the screen blocking the work on DS

• there are no security holes in the connection workflow
