Design System tooling

They why:

We need a proper design system approach which can be used to create theme-matching user interface components. Part of this is the configurability and variant management. The colors and fonts are defined in the Figma, but they must be easily customizable, thus componentized, in Qt DS as well.

Qt DS needs to have a UI which is used to tweak the imported design system.

The current DS (4.6) can import the figma design system configuration but cannot control it (no UI).

Work here is to create a view to tweak the theming etc parameters directly on the UI, not by opening a text file.
