Fix the long path filename on Windows

Windows has (still) the hard limit of 255 characters on the filename + path. If this is exceeded, it breaks the build on Windows CMAKE.

• Utilization of Junctions-feature (like in creator)
• Long filepath warning when exporting (done in intrusive way)
