Documentation: Effect composer effects are 2D only

Effect composer effects can be applied to 2D components only, remove mentions of 3D components / 3D View in these sentences:

• "Use Effect Composer to create post-processing effects that can be applied to 2D or 3D components"
• "To assign your newly created custom effect to a 2D or 3D component, do one of the following"
• Select a component in the Navigator, 2D, or 3D view, and then select   in Effect Composer.

• (Effect Composer) "A set of ready-made 2D, 3D, and particle effects that you can combine and customize" -> remove 3D and particle effects
• (Content library effects) "A set of ready-made particle effects" -> 3D could be added here for clarification, so "A set of ready-made 3D particle effects"
