Disable plugin UI if instance is selected

    Description

      Currently (4.6) plugin exports Instances in a simplified manner. It makes editable Node Details UI for instances misleading - user can asign custom metadata to a node that will not be considered during export.

      Instances NodeDetauls UI should be disabled until we enable full instance export.
