New folder is not visible in assets context menu when there is no folder

    Description

      • Create a new project
      • Go to Assets view
      • Right click on the view. "New Folder" is visible.
      • Delete all available folders (fonts)
      • Right click on the view. "New Folder" is not visible.
      • Click Show in explorer, and add a folder manually in the OS native explorer.
      • Folder appears in the assets
      • Right click on the view. "New Folder" is visible.
