Items suitable for effect drop are not highlighted in Navigator

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create and save and effect with Effect Composer
      • Start dragging it from Assets view to Navigator
      • -> Items, that are suitable for the effect, are not highlighted.
      • Expectation: Highlight the items that the effect can be assigned to, as we do e.g. when dragging a material from Material Browser.
