"Failed to write CMakeLists.txt" when deleting an effect and cmake generation is enabled

Steps to reproduce:

• Enable cmake generation
• In Effect Composer, add some effect node using "Add effect" and save the changes with "Save current composition" button
• Right click effect.qep file in Assets view and select "Delete"
• Issues view shows write errors for the CMakeLists.txt of the deleted effect
