QML Puppet should get an icon on macOS

    Description

      The qml2puppet appears with a blank icon on the toolbar.

      This looks unfinished. There should be a app icon in the project settings and Qt DS should set a default icon for it.

      The icon should be exported alongside the UI project itself so when the backend integration is done, the runtime would already have at least a default icon.
