New output pane does not output after cleared

Steps to repro:

1. Open a project in QDS which has output (like console log)
2. Run the project
3. Open new output pane
4. Observe that logs printouts are done
5. Clear the output pane (button in the widget)

Expected behavior:

• Logs continue to print

Actual behavior:

• Log printout is stalled

At the same time from the Application Output window it can be seen that log printouts happen.
