User cannot save preview image to .qep file, until they add or modify effect

    Description

      Tested with QDS 4.7 Built on Nov 21 2024 01:52:07

      1. Open effect composer
      2. Create a new effect with some preview image
      3. Save effect --> the path to the preview image is added to .qep file
      4. Change the preview image for the effect --> user cannot save the effect, so the preview image path in the .qep file cannot be changed. It can only be changed, if user modifies the effect and they are able to save the modified effect.
