While adding preset components to projects, we technically add 'component instances'. However, this makes documenting the use of components unnecessarily complex. Thus, we should consider removing the term 'component instance' from our docs and simply talk about 'components' instead to simplify their documentation and to make their use easier to grasp for our users.
