Output pane goes behind DS window in some cases

Steps to reproduce:

• Open output pane from bottom right corner in the UI (Show application output -button)
• Click run button
• Click stop button
• -> Output pane goes behind Design Studio
• -> User needs to click twice "Show application output" button to get the output pane visible again
• Expectation: Output pane stays visible until user closes it

• Tested on Windows
