"not in use" warning icon is shown after editing an in use property even if uniform name doesn't change

• Enable advanced mode in effect composer (top right toolbar)
• Add colorize effect
• Add new property to effect -> warning triangle is shown
• Use the new property in shader code + apply ->warning triangle goes away
• Edit the property and just click apply without doing any changes -> warning triangle is shown again incorrectly

Can also be reproed by simply editing existing properties of built in effects.

Compiling shaders makes the incorrect warning go away (i.e. edit shader code and apply).
