Create macros for inlineimage ALT-texts

Macros is probably the best way to handle ALT-texts for inlineimages.

This tickets is for:

• testing out how to do this the best way
• create a macro file (or include macros in existing file) with the inlineimage macros

Macro format should default to "the xxx button". Adjust the text if necessary.
