Tool help guide

using the QDS tool itself requires knowledge of QML.  but we currently lack the documentation support inside QDS.

customer requires guidance inside QDS

• for example, having a "?" help button with each property editor.
  

• • when hovering it, should show the summary of "property"
  • when you click it, jump to the link of qt documentation
