"Export As" supports multiple selection

the default "export as" of images is "merged". but for the common cases, it should be a child.

if the user wants to change it now it has to change per layer. it requires huge work.

request:

1. "export as" changing effects when multiple layers is selected
2. "export as" changing effects when all the sub-layers when it's selected.
