Projects view is not updated after upload

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Open QDS and sign in to DV
      2. Upload project from QDS to DV (share)
      3. Open DV from the 'Manage shared projects' button

      Expected result:
      DV Opens and recently uploaded project is seen on the projects pane

      Actual result:
      DV opens but user must manually go to 'Projects' view and run the project, then it becomes visible in the main screen.

      Might be also that run is not needed ? Did not check.

      Repro: 100%
