QDS does not tell user what to do with DV error

    Description

      If DV backend tells QDS that e.g. token is expired, there is not clear indication nor logs to the user what he/she should do.

      We need set of modals which tell the user

      403 : Unauthorized - either login credentials are wrong or token has expired

      etc.
