Make project storage updater plugable

The project storage is not only updating but managing watchable entries, too. It is already quite complex. Adding new watchable items would only increase it. Splitting it between the watchable entries and the parser etc.. would make it much easier to add new functionality like parsing 3D model entries for the item library.
