Placeholder and headings on table in the Device Manager cause confusion

In exploratory testing we found out that users don't understand some of the things in the Device Manager. To correct this, we would need to change wording in some places. 

To be changed:

1. On top of the window, where the user adds in the IP address, it currently says Run target IP. This needs to be changed to: "Set target device IP".
2. Table headers: Change Active -> Enabled, IPv4 Address -> IP Address
