Removal of My Components view

The My Components view has been identified as out-dated and creates confusion among users. My Components view should be removed from the UI.

What users want, is a context-menu driven system to add components to the UI project with user intuitive categorization system - not based on file structures imposed by Qt framework.

Qt Quick Controls as well as Qt Designer Components should be part of the library management system (https://qt.productboard.com/products/features/30300279/detail)

Needs:

• Way to address Quick Controls
• Way to address Qt Designer Components
• Way to define user's own library where assets and components can be pushed and used in projects
• No separate UX needed as this is removal task.
• GTM: Documentation why the change was done and how it impacts the workflow
