Page switch to temp export page doesn't occur

We create a new temp page and switch to it during export process to ensure clean rasterization and a reliable post-export cleanup.
However, due to some recent changes in Figma, this switch doesn't occur or happens later than we start the active part of the export process.

Looks like we need to create a new page and wait for a switch to occur before we can begin the export.
