In general, Effect Composer cannot be used in MCU project: user cannot create effects from Assets view and cannot add the view from View -> Views.

Effect Composer view can be visible by default in workspace though, e.g. in Advanced 2D workspace, and then also visible in MCU project. User can work with the view, but not actually save any effects.

-> Should we hide the view completely in MCU projects or show text "Effect Composer view is not supported in MCU projects." (Similar to what we show in 3D View)
