Add a "Create" functionality to node context menu in Navigator

      Add a "Create" category for a selected node's context menu. The "create" category should have all addable components (all components that have ItemLibraryEntry).

      Components should be dynamically loaded and populated.

      Applies to Navigator and 2D views.
