Add a splitter at the top level of the property editor

The splitter for the header component in the property editor.

The splitter can show the header components side by side with the rest of the view in case of horizontal layout, or vertically stacked otherwise.

The header component shows the material/texture preview in the case of a selected material/texture respectively.
