Project Storage: Exposed custom properties section should be hidden if metatype has a proper specifics file available to it.

    Description

      In project storage builds "Exposed custom properties" section is always visible in property view. It should be hidden for types that have a premade property specifics available for the leaf type, similar to non-project storage build.
