Saving a file in Design Mode removes ": Bound" from "pragmatic Component Behavior"

Working on a custom ComboBox.  I see this in the documentation online: 

When I save this while in Design Mode it removes ": Bound" from the line.  But if I am in edit mode and save the file it doesn't change anything.
