QDS crashes when renaming the screen01.ui.qml to screen01.qml or vice versa

Issue: QDS crashes when renaming the screen01.qml to screen01.qml, or back to screen01.ui.qml.

Tested: QDS 4.7 latest preview 7 taken down via Maintenance tool.

OS: MacOS, M1

To reproduce

1. Open QDS
2. Create an empty project
3. Open panel Projects or File System, if not visible
4. Rename Screen01.ui.qml to Screen01.qml
5. This may cause crash. It may also take you to the Welcome screen. Sometimes the project is created, but it is not visible in recents list. Sometimes you may also find yourself on Creator side.

How it should work

The user should be able to change the name of the screen01.ui.qml to screen01.qml, as some code does not run on ui.qml files. Changing name may also cause that the system is not anymore keeping the .qml file as a default indext file - it should.
