Check and unify formatting in the docs

We should decide which style and formatting we want to use for example file names, file types and paths and edit the QDS docs accordingly. For example, we have .qml files and QML files, sometimes the file type is written with the \e, sometimes with the \c command, and sometimes without any formatting.
