Feedback popup unexpected behavior on Linux

The feedback dialog opens in the top left corner (if you're connected to a second screen), sometimes doesn't pop up over the QtDS window but on another screen, and the feedback dialog is not modal; sometimes it's opened underneath all the other windows so you can't access unless you minimize everything else. Also, because it's called on shutdown, you can't see QDS open in the taskbar, meaning you can't close the dialog from there.
