When ItemLibraryEntries are queried from Model using Model::itemLibraryEntries(), the returned list only contains entries available through currently imported modules in project storage builds. In non-PS builds this list also contains entries available though non-imported modules.

Either Model::itemLibraryEntries() should be modified to return also non-imported entries available via possible imports to match old implementation, or there should be another function to query these.

Entries for non-imported modules are needed in itemlibrary view to allow searching for non-imported components.
