Qt UI Viewer - Separate app and qml project logs

    Description

      Right now everything is pushed to DS while the project is running (both android logs and qml logs), which causes a bit of confusion on the DS side. 

      we can put a debug mode flag in the settings for the users to decide if they want to see logs from the android app as well as the qml logs.
