    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Click "Create Project..." button in Welcome page or select File -> New Project... from top menu
      2. Close New Project dialog by clicking x (see picture)
      3. Repeat step 1
      4. -> New Project dialog does not open anymore
      5. Selecting "Cancel" in the dialog to close it does not cause similar issue
      6. Does not reproduce in QDS 4.7
