Fix UX for kit management

    Description

      The UX for registering an MCU kit is abysmal, and new users always struggle.

      We probably require a custom registration method for MCU kits, and we may want to avoid using the name kit altogether.
      Users want to register an installed version of Qt4MCU to run the qmlprojectexporter.

      We should consider shipping one default "kit" with Qt Design Studio, which is always available and preregistered.

      Look up the install settings of Qt Creator for MCU kits.
