Open Property editor after MaterialBrowser actions.

Currently MaterialEditor and TextureEditor are opened after MaterialBrowser actions.

These actions are:

• Create
• Duplicate
• Delete
• DoubleClick

Also It's good to remove the active customNotifications of TextureEditor and MaterialEditor since we're gonna remove texture editor and material editor.
