Ignore Components in project folder

If the CMake exporter is enabled (default) then generate a folder Dependencies in the project folder that contains the studio components for the C++ build.

Since the module names are the same as the studio components in the kit this creates an error and the updater bails out.

In %project%\Dependencies\Components we have all the componments.

This folder contains a file: 'ignore-in-qds' that we can use to skip the folder.

We should skip any folder that contains 'ignore-in-qds'.
