"BorderItem" component isn't working correctly

Tested with QDS 4.8 Built on Mar 13 2025 01:28:55

Open a project created on QDS 4.5.1 QDS451.zip

The project has component named BorderItem:

    BorderItem {
        id: border1
        x: 260
        y: 285
        layer.enabled: true
        layer.effect: ColorizeEffect {
            id: colorize
        }
        adjustBorderRadius: true

But user cannot find this component in Components -view and the component has some weird properties (title, nan), if you go to Properties -view -> Exposed Custom Properties
