Annotation Editor icon does not appear as expected

      Tested with QDS 4.8 Built on Mar 13 2025 01:28:55

      1. Create Empty project
      2. Go to Navigator -> rectangle -> Right mouseclick and "Edit Annotations"
      3. Add name, title and author -> Press Apply -> Press OK

      expected:

      • rectangle has annotation icon top right

      what happens:

      • the annotation icon only appears, when user presses other component on Navigator and then rectangle
